All sale items are non-refundable and can not be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace candle warmers and wax melt warmers if they are defective within 30 days. If you receive a defective item and need an exchange for the same product, please contact us at amityluxe2023@gmail.com.

Wax melt warmers and candle warmers can go out the same day or next business day, depending on when the order is placed and if purchased with non customized products. (allow 2-3 days for shipping)
