At Amity Luxe, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchases.

Sale Items

All sale items are final and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide an appropriate resolution.

Please allow 1–2 weeks for the production of all customized candles, as each order is handcrafted specifically for you. Once your order is complete, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for shipping and delivery.
